It is the perfect read for anyone who is looking for a deeper look at the philosophy of the Force and is anxiously awaiting the release of STAR WARS: The Force Awakens.

Organized into easily digestible chapters, readers will find a comprehensive collection of quotations and maxims from the STAR WARS universe. These quotations provide insight into both the Sith and Jedi paths and the ways of the Force.  Each maxim is painstakingly notated with which novel it comes from.
An ordained Master of the Religious Order of The Way of ONE (a Taoist religious order), Fré  Y' gives a unique perspective on spirituality contained within both the Star Wars movies and the extended universe that novels and novelizations provide.
"I am fairly sure the authors of each book in the STAR WARS series had no conception of what they were imparting to the future,” says Fré  Y'. “So I can only thank them for allowing The ONE to express through them and their writing these succinctly inspiring messages.”
