For the last two days, the American smartphones brand YEZZ is under the spotlights at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona with the preview exhibition of its modular smartphone prototype coming from the Project Ara.

The day before the show has started, during the Showstoppers organized at the University of Barcelona, international journalists and bloggers expressed a strong interest in this amazing smartphone.

Why does this prototype developed by YEZZ capture everybody’s attention during this fair? This smartphone’s distinctive feature is to be made up of many modules that the consumer will buy according to his needs for creating his owned customized smartphone.

Such as bricks in a construction game, the modules fit together on a frame, giving the consumer the freedom to choose his modules according to his needs, his lifestyle and his budget as well.

You need a long life battery because you are working on a building site? A high resolution camera as photo professional or a powerful loud-speaker as music expert? You can find the module dedicated to your need. The modules creation gives infinite possibilities in any skills : sport, medicine, home automation, video games….

Still under the prototype phase, this smartphone will be launched by the end of this year in Porto Rico for a testing period.
